We are looking to expand our team due to growth within the company and are looking for a skilled CNC miller to join our team, we are a small friendly team of people looking for someone with a good level of experience in the field of CNC milling to join us. That person will be capable of programming setting and running machining centres to produce quality parts to specification checking their own work using a variety of measuring equipment
As a CNC miller within our team your responsibility’s will include programming using Mastercam Cad / Cam software, setting Haas machining centres and running parts off to a high quality
Interpreting technical drawings to produce parts to the drawing specification
Where necessary running multiple machines when on running jobs
Working on small batches of high-quality parts with a right first-time attitude
Able and willing to look at processes to improve productivity where possible to accelerate output within the company
What we offer
In the machine shop we have a variety of modern CNC machines. A Haas Minimill2, VF2 with 4TH Axis and a VF3SS. 2 Haas ST10 lathes one with bar feeder and an ST30Y with live tooling. A Doosan Puma 300L with steady rest and a 7 Axis Star dual spindle sliding head machine.

Training will be given in the use of Mastercam and the Haas control
