Position Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Fabricator with expertise in MIG & TIG welding, rolling sheet metal and pressure vessels fabrication to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in metal fabrication, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to work with precision machinery. This role requires a hands-on approach and a commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship.

key Responsibilities:

  • Operate and maintain rolling machinery to shape and form sheet metal and fabricate vessels and machines according to specifications. 
  • Read and interpret technical drawings. 
  • Working at the cutting edge with varied techniques and materials Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications. 
  • Collaborate with team members to optimize production processes and meet project deadlines.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Proven experience as a Fabricator with expertise in MIG & TIG welding, rolling sheet metal and pressure vessels fabrication. 
  • Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings.

Position Overview:

We are seeking a skilled CNC Miller & Turner to join our dynamic team at Millitec. In this role, you will be responsible for operating CNC machinery to produce precision components that meet our high standards of quality and innovation. Your contributions will play a vital role in enhancing our automation solutions for the food production sector.

key Responsibilities:

  • Set up and operate 3-axis and 4-axis vertical CNC milling machines including Haas ST-10, ST-30, and Doosan Puma 300L, for precision component production. 
  • Ensure optimal machine performance, part accuracy, and adherence to production specifications. 
  • Ensure machines run efficiently with optimized settings for accuracy, surface finish, and cycle time. 
  • Perform first-off and in-process inspections using a variety of precision metrology equipment (micrometers, calipers, height gauges, etc.). 
  • Self-inspect machined parts to confirm they meet specified tolerances and quality standards before routing to stores. 
  • Collaborate closely with team members to achieve daily production targets and meet delivery deadlines. 
  • Conduct routine machine maintenance and ensure cleanliness and organization of the work area. 
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and support efficient manufacturing processes.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in CNC milling machine setup and operation. 
  • Demonstrated expertise in setting and operating 3-axis and 4-axis milling machines. 
  • Strong working knowledge of Haas CNC controls Proven capability with Haas ST series lathes and Doosan Puma 300L machines. 
  • Proficient in reading and interpreting complex engineering drawings and technical documentation. 
  • Skilled in the use of inspection tools and interpreting dimensional data and tolerances 
  • Solid understanding of tooling selection and workholding methods for precision CNC milling. 
  • Proficient in G-code and M-code: able to read, modify, and troubleshoot CNC programs manually. 
  • Confident in reading and interpreting detailed engineering drawings, including GD&T. 
  • Experienced in using a range of inspection and measurement tools to validate dimensional accuracy. 
  • Strong knowledge of turning tools, inserts, and workholding techniques suitable for close-tolerance lathe work.

Position Overview:

We’re looking for a Graduate PLC Software & Electrical Design Engineer to join our talented mechanical and electrical design team. This is a varied role that combines PLC programming with electrical hardware design, giving you the opportunity to work on both new product development and support for existing machines. You’ll work independently, with minimal supervision, in a fast-paced environment where no two projects are the same.

What You’ll Do

  • Develop PLC code from customer specifications or engineering drawings. 
  • Program, test, commission, and troubleshoot PLC and HMI software (using PLCs and XG5000). 
  • Design and configure electrical hardware and control systems to meet project requirements. 
  • Ensure rigorous testing of safety-related aspects of PLC and electrical systems. 
  • Create HMI interfaces following company standards. 
  • Work with software and machine learning engineers to integrate PLCs, HMIs, backend software, and vision systems. 
  • Support R&D and ongoing product development. 
  • Collaborate with electricians and technicians during production and installation. 
  • Provide on-site commissioning, testing, configuration, and operator training. 
  • Participate in FAT (Factory Acceptance Tests) and SAT (Site Acceptance Tests). 
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues on-site with clients. 
  • Ensure compliance with functional safety and industry standards. 
  • Liaise with project management, engineering teams, and customers at a technical level.

About You

Essential Skills & Experience:

  • Strong PLC programming skills (Ladder & Structured Text). 
  • Experienced with PLCs, HMIs, and XG5000 software. 
  • Full lifecycle PLC software development experience. 
  • Electrical design experience — including control panel design, wiring diagrams, and hardware selection. 
  • Degree (or equivalent) in a relevant engineering discipline. 
  • Excellent planning, problem-solving, and communication skills. 
  • Able to work independently, with minimal supervision. 
  • Experienced working under pressure to meet deadlines.

Desirable Skills & Experience:

  • Programming in C++ or Python. 
  • Robotics, control systems, or embedded systems experience. 
  • Basic mechanical design knowledge.
