Description
The Collator Bechamal Applicator (CBAM) is a versatile machine designed to revolutionise sauce application across its four lanes. CBAM goes beyond bechamel, accommodating various spreads, including butter and margarine.
The machine is compatible with other handling systems and may be single standing or form part of an automated production process.
Operation
The applicator unit consists of a sliding feed nozzle, connected to the Heated butter pump. Bechamel mix is pumped, on demand, onto the rotating feed roller, which transfers it onto the application roller. The roller speeds are adjustable, which alters the amount of bechamel mix applied.
