Description

Millitec’s Collator Butterer allows for precise timing control of production runs. The collator has two feed lanes, which can be operated singularly or as a pair. It is also equipped with a heated hopper, which prevents the butter from solidifying in the chilled production environment.

EFFICIENT
Runs up to 60 operations/ min/ lane. High speed 2,3 or 4 slice modes available.
DYNAMIC
The machine will release product at timed intervals, determined by the rate entered, by varying the speed of the subsequent production conveyor product spacing can be altered.
HYGIENIC
Its easy strip-down feature allows for easy maintenance and deep cleaning, ensuring optimal cleanliness standards.

Collator Butterer Duo (CBMD)
