Description

Millitec’s Clean in Place Unit washes, rinses and dries the surface of conveyor belts without any disruption of the production line. Sanitised water is sprayed under pressure onto the surface of the belt to achieve the highest standards of hygiene and prevent contamination.

Overview of operation

There are spray bars inside a sealed tank that wash the belt. These spray bars are supplied with fluid from a solenoid located in a stainless enclosure on the back of the main panel. The used fluid then goes directly down to drain. 

As the belt enters and exits the tank, it is cleaned by a set of sprung loaded scrapers to minimise any fluid overflow. After leaving the tank, the belt is dried on both sides by a vacuum system.

Description

Millitec’s Collator Butterer allows for precise timing control of production runs. The collator has two feed lanes, which can be operated singularly or as a pair. It is also equipped with a heated hopper, which prevents the butter from solidifying in the chilled production environment.
